How it works:
- Once you have found the perfect property we ask you to complete our application form
- Supporting information can be submitted online or in our office
- In some instances, a guarantor may be required
*Please note that if a suitable guarantor cannot be provided, the full six month rental amount may have to be paid upfront.

Upon successful applications we will require:
- Your first month’s rent.
- Security bond in cleared funds on or before the day you wish your tenancy to begin.
- We will meet in the office and go through any questions you may have whilst you sign
your assured tenancy agreement.
